- Orders are final and non-cancellable once confirmed
- The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law exemptions for price-dependent goods
- Returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of proven error or non-conformity
Any exception is handled strictly at the discretion of Aurex Gold B.V. and in line with contractual and legal obligations.
